So….I have a job now
So I recently got a job. It’s awesome.
It’s a pretty unique job, and I get a whole myriad of reactions when I tell people what I do. Typically, it goes like this:
Person: So what do you do?
Me: I work in a musuem.
Person: Oh cool! Which one?
Me: uh……the Holocaust musuem….
Person: …..oh……..
I thought it would be awesome. I close the place on weekends, so I was looking forward to having zany adventures like in “Night At The Museum.” Then I realized that those would be the most depressing adventures ever. If the exhibits ever came to life, I would be curled up in a corner weeping for humanity.
That’s right. “Night at the Museum” plus Jews equals crying babies… I graduated from college.
I have the once in a lifetime opportunity to hang out with Holocaust survivors on a day to day basis. Now if only I could convince them that the Holocaust never happened and it’s all just propganda….
